In honor of National Grilling Month, we thought we’d spice things up a bit this month and feature a dry BBQ rub that you can use to grill vegetables or meats!

For July, we’ll feature “Chris’s Best Ever Rub” from the book How to Grill Everything: Simple Recipes for Great Flame-cooked Food by Mark Bittman.

This month, we’ll supply a packet containing all the spices for this BBQ rub, as well as a copy of the recipe. And don’t forget to check out our database “AtoZ World Food” for more great recipe ideas!

The Spice Club is open to ages 13 and up. One registration per family. Limited to 15 families.

Once registered, come to the library on Wednesday, July 17th, to pick up the kit.
